I haven't been able to reproduce the error with another USB as I only have this one USB 3.0 stick. I tried an old small stick and it seems to work with no problems.

Hello guys. Super newbie here. But I recently became part of the XPS 15 9550 family. Nickdk I have pretty much exactly your configuration except for the screen which is a FHD.

To the question: How are you doing after the tweaks, especially the clean install? I've gone through the post and some of the stuff is too complicated for me, there is a chance I could get in trouble. This post is very detailed so I was thinking about it but then again I've been very satisfied with the laptop so far. Battery life needs a boost so I will probably do the BIOS update. What do you think? Thanks
