    Hey,

I have a Dell XPS 15-L521X with the Killer Wireless-N Half-Sized Mini PCIe card and was wanting to get something that supports 802.11ac. I was wondering if anyone's tried installing an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 and how smoothly it went. I'd also like to hear about any other wireless cards you've tried! :D

    Thanks

Did you end up doing this? If so, how did it go? What card did you use?

I'm thinking of doing the exact same thing.

I just ordered the Intel Wireless-AC 7260. I'll try to remember to post how it goes.

FYI I just did the replacement and it worked great. Nice increase in both reception and especially throughput.

is the performance significant enough for those of us with the qualcomm card that has poor connectivity?

What drivers are you using? I have the same laptop trying to do the same upgrade and all I get is "This device cannot start. (error 10)"
