    Hello everyone,

I search everywhere on Google and couldn't find the answer. I just order and received my first Dell XPS 15Z on Dell website. Everything look good except a few letters have low dim lighting then the other. The "R" and number "4" isn't very well lit up like the rest of the letter on the keyboard. Is this normal or is mine backlit keyboard is defected?

It is worth it to exchange it for another one, is there such thing as perfect or close to perfect all even lighting on the keyboard?

A few owners and I also found that some keys were dimly lit. It's normal.
