Hello, maybe I pressed something or IDK, but only JBL plays, not normal reproductors ... I think I pressed something, I don't think it's broken, because I have laptop for 2 weeks .... can someone quickly help me?![]()

Are you talking about the JBL speakers? Subwoofer on bottom? Do you have headphones or external speakers plugged in? Have you re-booted the system?
-
I don't understand your question but I think you want to say that when using headphones you don't hear anything. Go to 'Dell audio by realtek' then advanced > Jack information and untick Enable auto popup dialog.....

I don't have plugged headphones. I meant subwoofer on bottom. Normal Reproductors (under keyboard, next to touchpad) doesen't play, just that subwoofer JBL ...

I don't know of any way to disable speakers only so it may be a problem with the speakers. Try this, go to the realtek audio > advanced > Restore Defaults.

Hmm didn't worked ... just JBL plays ...

If all else fails check the speaker cable and make sure the connector is properly seated:
