I've been abusing Google to a ridiculous degree, and have yet to find a *true* fix as to why my Dell XPS 702x has a high DPC latency...

That is, whenever I'm using it, there are random audio distortions/slow downs when I'm playing music or a game.
I also pined through the forums, but I'm unable to find an effective solution... I've updated all of my drivers to no avail.

    Does anyone have any advice?

Also, I spilled water on my keyboard and actually lost two key covers...
Does anyone have an idea on where I should take my laptop to get replacements keys and get the keyboard itself fixed (buttons won't respond for 5 and 6 on the numpad).

I apologize if this is in the wrong place.

    Thank you.

I have a solution that you might not want to/ be able to do. I was having huge dpc latency spikes on my hdd. Installing a ssd brought my latency down to about 200. Like I said it may not be an option for you, but definitely works.

    Hi,
Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about system issues. First I would like to appreciate all the efforts you tried in order to fix the issue. Here are the few steps which I suggest you follow.
    1. Uninstall the realtek audio driver from device manager including the software from programs list.
    2. Go to C:\drivers\ and delete any audio related folder.
    3. Restart computer & then download realtek audio driver from this link. Realtek
    4. If you still have audio distorted issue, please run pc checkup diagnostics on the speakers.
    5. Also please run diagnostics on the hard drive & memory using dell support center (PC Checkup)
    6. You can also try downloading & then flashing new BIOS from dell support website.
    7. Regarding your keyboard issue where your spilled water. You should have accidental damage coverage warranty which is also called complete care. The regular hardware warranty on the system does not cover any accidental damages, It only covers any part failure technically.
    8. If you don’t have complete care warranty, you can call 800-288-4410 (out of warranty team) & pay for getting the keyboard replaced.
Please reply back with the results. I would be more than happy to help you 
