    Hey guys,
I wonder if you can help me, been using my L502x a small while now and recently i have noticed a problem which keep reoccurring. If i leave the laptop alone for a while and the screen dims, when i move the mouse the use the laptop again the screen is really bright, almost like the contrast is set waaay to high. This lasts until i use the laptop, change web page minimize something ect, it doesnt just go away, it fades away. Its a little weird. I tried to screen shot it, but the screen shot came out fine, so i cannot work it out.
    Any ideas?

    Many thanks
    Anthony

    Hi,

You may consider upgrading the BIOS, after that please re-install the video drivers, Chipset drivers and the Quickset application. As this system supports Optimus technology you will have to re-install both the video drivers. Please find below the link for the Dell driver support page, you may use the same to download and install the drivers.

I hope this helps, please do write back in case you need any further assistance.

    Thanks and Regards
