Hi kevarmy1337,
This could be because of the graphic card driver. Please uninstall and re-install the latest Driver for Nvidia GT525M. You may use the link mentioned below to download the latest driver available for this graphic card.
Drivers | GeForce
Having installed the graphic card driver, please check the refresh rate settings in the Nvidia Graphic Control and confirm if it is set to the best value available. Also, do consider updating the BIOS, to the latest version. The “A11 BIOS” version is now available for this System. Please use the link mentioned below to download and install the latest BIOS for the ‘XPS L502x’.

I hope this helps. Please do write back in case you need any further assistance on the same.

Kevarmy1337,
This looks like an issue with the Graphics card. Please login to the BIOS Screen and check if the screen flickers in the BIOS as well. You may run a diagnostics to confirm that the LCD is fine.
Hold down the key ‘D’ and power on the system to run test on the LCD. If the LCD test completes without any issues, consider replacing the Graphics card. Do let us know if this system is still in Warranty.
Please do write back in case you need any further assistance.
Thanks & Regards
