    Dell XPS M1330 - New parts advice needed

    I need a new Wi-fi card for my Dell XPS M1330 and a new hard drive but i don't know what to search for. Do i search for the original parts or do certain parts make for a better experience. Need so advice before I buy. Please help?

    Any 2.5" 9.5mm HDD will work for the M1330. Also pretty much any full height WLAN will work for the M1330, 4965 are pretty dirt cheap today, and it's still a great card (replaced my 3945 with a 4965, pretty big performance boost). You can also get a half-height to full height adapter for 5-10 dollars on eBay, and use a newer Intel 5300/6300 if you so fancy.

    Quick question - does it matter that I had Windows 7 installed? because the product description said Windows XP or Vista.
