    For Dell XPS M1330 notebook with nVidia GeForce 8400M GS GPU Failure:
    1. What parts were replaced?
    2. Were the replaced parts new or refurbished?
    3. How many visits (or shipping) were required to complete the replacements?

    2. Refurbished.

    They are never new motherboards but my fan was new.
    3. How many visits (or shipping) were required to complete the replacements?

    3. One (but DAYS of arguing on the phone with tech support before they agreed to do it).

    Don't know. The technician said it should be new ...
    3. How many visits (or shipping) were required to complete the replacements?
    One visit with 30mins of the technician working and just 10mins on the support hotline.
