With the Dell XPS M1330, if I wanted to connect it to a TV and watch a movie, what is the highest resolution it would output?

What kind of tv and through what port?

The computer's got VGA out and HDMI, so resolutions up to at least 2048x1536 should be covered.

Probably the resolution of your TV (1920x1080 at the highest for any normal TV) this assuming VGA out or HDMI/DVI
