    hello,
i have the next business day repair-on-site warranty and i have a question about issues with the LCD display. I have been trying to get them to replace my screen since i can see dirt inside it. Even the technician that came to replace my speakers said that its not jsut dirt but its actually inside the pannel and he called and logged the problem but i just got the same answer from them saying that its just wear and tear damage which is nonsense becasue how can the screen suffer any wear and tear. It surely must be manufacturing fault.
Does anyone think I have a case here and should try and persuade them to fix it?
