    Hi I have a Dell XPS M1730, I powered it on and mediadirect program came on, it will not close and cannot open windows or nothing, I've tried turning off and removed battery and still turns on to mediadirect, I really don't want to wipe it off.....
    I will appreciate any help, Im currently in Afghanistan and that laptop helps, thank you....
