Try a blast of compressed air. Could be dusty/dirty under that key.

What OS are you using? I loaded mine with Vista 64 bit and the Fn key does not work. There is a device that I cannot find a 64-bit driver for, called ACPI Function Key Handler. I'm assuming that is why the Fn key does not work.

Anyone with an M2010 and Vista 64 can help out?

Hi Iancorp, I know it is an old post, but just wondering if you still have the xps 2010? I got mine, it was dead for about 6 months until I put it appart and found the heat shields on both the cpu and gpu paste had become like ceramic due to heat, cleaned everything and now is working, just would like to know if is a way to increase the flow of air? the fans run at a minimum, I actually left the heat shield on the gpu loose and the fans were running 24/7 and blowing cold air, but were too noisy.
