    Hi all,
    I received my Dell 1530 XPS a week ago, and very happy with it. Only one thing that bothers me a lot, there is no cool organizer and XPS cloth like I saw in some reviews and unboxing video on Youtube.
    Is Dell already stop giving the organizer? Or it only happen here (Dell Australia)?

    I got one with mine.. did you buy yours Refurb? I know that can happen if that's the case, it's hit or miss with that. If you bought new, then definatly call or email, I'm sure they will have np sending you your organizer.

    Already called Dell CS and emailed them, but no luck. They said Dell promotion is different in each country. So I think it is only in Australia, Dell packages XPS without organizer. :(

    I had one back in Dec 07- now ordered another m1330 but haven't had one (in UK).

    Dell reckon it's because they put their manuals online now- They're blatantly cutting costs.... :mad:
