Dell support sucks! I order a refurb XPS 15z from the outlet. It arrived on Friday...opened it up and there was scuff marks on the top lid and the chrome/silver bezel that surrounds the base on the bottom of the laptop was broken. I called them and they are soooo sorry and they will get it fixed. So they order the parts. Dell calls and leaves a voice-mail that the technician will be at my house today between 9 and 530PM. Great I took the day off and was patiently waiting 4 hours go by....... I decided to chat with a support person to see what was up. He tells me the technician has to reschedule and will call me tomorrow! I am booked the rest of the week and cannot be home during normal hours! I wasn't even notified. So i end the chat session after telling the support guy I wasn't happy and all the usual stuff. I was very polite (its not his fault) but let him know I was not happy with their service and good bye. Within 3 minutes he calls my house to ask if iw ould speak to his supervisor to rate my experience with him! Dude I just told you how unhappy I was so why would you ask for my rating? Not good customer for for Dell and for this support guy...... Any sorry guys had to vent!![]()

I was so hoping I was moving up a notch in the customer service department when I switched from HP to Dell. All the complaints I have read on here make me pray nothing goes wrong with my L702X. I do hope it all works out for you.
