i sprung for the 4yr warranty and accidental damage for my XPS m1330, but i have a few questions... technically its a 'complete care' package, so.

1)Invoice doesn't say anything about next-business-day, so how long is a typical time between call+service?

2)Onsite service means they come to wherever I am right?

3)kinda weird they say inspiron in the invoice, though i think its because xps used to be called "inspiron xps"

Yes, in the U.S it is next business day in home service.

On-site is next business day service in most cases, that is if they can find a technician within your area that is able to allocate enough time for a job.

The XPS series is technically referred to as an Inspiron (XPS Inspiron)
