Anyone tried to play WoW wrath of the lich king on one of these yet? i wanna know how good it could play.
Also why is the 8600m gt nvidia graphic card the only one available and is it possible to user upgrade myself???
Finally are there any canadian coupons for those atm? Thanks in advance!

1- i havent tried WOW on my xps m1530, but i have tried other mmos such as eve online, and they run like a charm ( even running 2 accounts at a time) at full quality at about 1440 by 900 pixels, so WOW should run as good.
2- the 8600gt is the only one available, and not user-upgradeable, since its soldered into the mainboard, sucks i know...
3- i think there are only coupons for dell US, as i live in Mexico and i could only find coupons compatible with the US site.
(if you are worried about graphics performance, this thing is really powerful for its seize, but if your looking for more performance at a reasonable price and almost same seize you should check out http://www.sagernotebook.com/product_customed.php?pid=90599
witch was actually my second choice for a laptop, but i went with dell because i wasnt sure about sager, but im told its a real killer -

Do you get any lag?? I want it to be running like...flawless (no spikes just like smooth)
As for the NP8660, it was my first choice but i live in canada and to be able to fit my 1500$ CAD budget, i would have to find someone near a Quebec US border(but a US resident so somewhere in vermont etc)
That would buy it off ebay with cashback then i come in person and get it in person.
the NP2096 was also in my choices but its ugly. -
Doesn't lag at all. then again, I haven't been in Dalaran since the expansion, but it doesn't choke anywhere else, getting between 40-70 fps with my current settings. WoW still isn't a graphically intense game. Just the added shadows through some peoplefor a loop till they realized to turn them down

then the XPS m1530 is right for you, as i said, its a very powerful gaming laptop for its seize and weight.
and, yes, WOW isnt really top of the line graphics, so you wont have any problem
(by the way, i recommend you choose the intel next gen wireless card, its the one i have, and its so nice for multiplayer gaming )
