    Dell Xps 15 HDMI & another issue

    Hey there, I got XPS 15 with 4K display, Win 8.1.
    Everything wokrs pretty good, exept the HDMI. I read what I could find online, updated the drivers, installed old drivers, I cannot get it to work well.
    On Smart TV there is no image at all. On external monitor the image is covered with green dots all over, cannot work or play.

    Also, there is an issue with Windows Update. Everyday it displays an alert showing Windows Update is off. I turn it on and select to update ASAP. Next day, the same story. How the hell is turning off?
