    Dell Xps-15 (9530) periodic freezes???

    Our new XPS-15 (9530) Base model, suffers periodic freezes, which mostly occur when switching from one user to another use, and requires us to do a hard start.

    I've done a refresh, but they still occur every now and then.

    I'm wondering if the 32GB SATA drive is not enough?

    Anyone else experiencing periodic freezes?

    EDIT: Also happened after sleep/hibernation

    I've got the mid-tier model and I haven't experienced any freezes like you mention. I don't think I've read of anyone having periodic freezes in the owner's lounge either but it doesn't seem like many people have the base model. Try updating the touch screen firmware that was just released.
