Dell rep. e-mailed a quote: any way to open that in my on-line cart?

I configured a system on-line and saved it in my shopping cart. I e-mailed a Dell agent I dealt with previously and asked for a better deal on warranty.

He sent me an e-mail Subject: Your Dell Quote(s), with the configuration and an eight-digit "Quote Number".

Here's the wrinkle: the e-mailed quote from the agent is cheaper, but in my on-line cart I can apply a $100 Dell coupon and the result is almost the same price the agent quoted. The agent says he cannot apply the coupon to the quote he made.

Is there any way to use that Quote Number to get that config and pricing to show in my cart, where I could then apply the $100 coupon to make it a better deal?
