    i bought a used xps m1330 and it didn't come with an os loaded. there was no system disk but i have a vista home premium license that was included with the laptop. what are my options for getting an os to load on the laptop? can i call dell for a replacement system disk?

    strange that it didn't come with the OS...
    so you have the license key, but no disk? contact the seller and ask them where it went, and why the OS isn't installed

    If you can't get Dell to ship you one out for free they are like $20 or less to buy for just the disk with no license IIRC.
