Hi Everyone,
I just got a new XPS 15 and when using chrome it lags/freezes. I read it was a bug with the GPU driver so I downloaded the intel driver and so far so good.
However I have a few questions:

- Is everybody experiencing that bug or it just affects some units? I guess that if it happens to everybody it should be just a Software problem that can be solved releasing a new driver. If it doesn't happen to everybody then I am more inclined to think that it is some Hardware problem affecting some units.
- I also have some backlight bleeding but I don't know what is acceptable and what not?
- Those are all the problems. Should I return the laptop for a brand new one?

Had the same problem, new unit less than 3 days old. After installing intel driver problem resolved.

I have the same problem with my brand new XPS 15 9560. Just to type this took over 5 minutes. I have to install the new drivers.
