    Dell xps 15 9560 wierd Gpu/AC adapter issue.

    My GPU memory frequency drop from 3504MHz to 2504 MHz when i pull the charger out (heaven benchmark).

    In game(csgo) i have constant 60fps with the charger pluggd in. As soon i pull it out it drops down to a constant 30fps.

    I have reinstalled windows, newest clean-installed nvidia drivers, fooldaround in nvidia control panel but still the same.
    It feels like som kind of energisaving **** but i cant find anything in the powersaving menu or nvidiacontrolpanel.

    Is that the case for any of you guys?
