Hello I have a Dell XPS 15z (L511z) with screen resolution 1366x1080 and I want to replace my screen but I get a screen with 1920x1080 will this work on my laptop because in the technical specification it says resolution 1920x1080 pixel.

If the L511z had the option for an FHD panel, and you acquired one of those FHD panels, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to replace the 1366 x 768 panel. You might need a new display cable or something.
