hey guys, after i got my screen and battery replaced and i put a cloth in between it stayed good for a while.

but due to cleaning of my laptop, insides, taking battery out and having to remove cloth before inserting battery again it happened again. my first new scratch, a lot tinier the scratch before though, more superficial, not a deep one. Kinda looks greyish...

Is it possible to get another rubber like the ones that are attached on the screen already. Simply putting a third one in the middle that should solve the problem shouldnt it?

AND another question, is there a way to get rid of superficial scratches, they kinda look greyish not like common scratches?

If I'm understanding you correctly you want another one of those rubber things that "stops" the monitor from touching the base area of the laptop? I'm pretty sure you can call up dell and ask them to send you a set of them, if you're still under warranty they should be free, otherwise, the last time they tried to charge me for a set at least, they were like $15 for a full set of the laptop's rubber feet and everything.

Yeah I guess I could do that before the screen gets scratched more. This issue is known is it?

Since its only a superficial scratch, greyish, is there a way i can remove that scratch?

Its not like a deep scratch or anything...
