So your receiving a new replacement laptop?

If you have issues with the replacement after you received it, you should contact Dell right away, and inform them what is going on.

If you are receiving a replacement due to problems with your current, they are supposed to replace with the same or better specs (if they cannot match what you currently have).

So, you received a 1640 as a replacement, or are getting a replacement for that? If so, what one are they saying they are sending to you?
