Hi,
I am just wondering what would happen if i found the BRAND NEW replacement laptop that i will recieve
1-have some minor scratches OR
2-i did not like the laptop
What should i do and what dell will do with me?
This is the first time to have a replacement laptop and i have some fears.

So your receiving a new replacement laptop?
If you have issues with the replacement after you received it, you should contact Dell right away, and inform them what is going on.
If you are receiving a replacement due to problems with your current, they are supposed to replace with the same or better specs (if they cannot match what you currently have). -
and take good quality (not phone) photos

The new one is already shipped from UK and on it`s way to EGYPT now
