    Hi,
i bought a new XPS M1530 and ran the 3Dmark06 benchmark test i got a score of 4610, is it a good score for my configuration (in my signature)...

also i ran VirtualMark test from the website and got a score of 3900,

could someone please answer the following questions

what is the difference between these two tests?

why is there a huge difference between these two scores?

please suggest some good action games for my system, i am new to gaming

    excuse my poor english

Like the diffrencre between 05 and 06. Just made and geared for higher power machines. You can look at the systems specs to run the tests.

Different softwares (including versions) are implemented differently. The scoring depends on the implementation. Therefore, the scores are different for different softwares. Make sense? So, it is pointless to compare scores from different benchmark software.
