    Hey Guys

    So whats the difference between Dell 5530 / 5700 / 5720 WWAN Cards? I know higher the better.. but why??

    and what to go for??

    5530 - UMTS/HSDPA WANcard. Up to 7.2 Mbps.
    5720 - CDMA EV-DO WAN card. Up to 3.1 Mbps.
    5700 - have no idea.

    You should choose between 5530 and 5720 depending on wireless network you're going to use.

    whats the diff between the two and what is better?? I just wanted to use my 3G SIM for internet usage while travel..

    CDMA/EV-DO doesn't use a SIM card. GSM/UMTS/HSPDA does. You want the 5530 or the newer 5600 which is based on Gobi and supports both standards.

    The 5600 is a 'Gobi' card that will do GSM, CDMA and HSDPA. It will also do 900MHz HSDPA which is good for Optus users in Australia.... not that Dell sell it here yet.
