I had my screen replaced and the new one had a dead pixel.

How many dead pixels should the screen have for Dell to replace it?

By the way, the tech from Dell replaced the screen on my laptop. I had a white color before. The white leather and the white shell were different shades of white and I didn't like it. So I specifically asked for a black one. The whole screen was protected in patches of plastic cover, however the aluminium strip on the shell has a few minor scratches in the sides. The screen looks brand new and I'm very satisfied with it. And black color looks WOW. :)
