I am using my new Dell XPS 9550, and there's one thing that's been annoying me.

When I try to move a window around, this little Blue box shows up at the top of the window split into 4 quadrants - depending on where I move the window, it will then resize it and make it fill in a small quadrant on the screen.

I thought this feature might be Snap, but I've gone into settings and disabled Snap, and it still shows up. It's a little inconsistent whether a window gets resized or not but i'm finding it really annoying.

It seems like it might be something other than Snap - both because disabling the Snap stuff in the Multitasking settings doesn't seem to get rid of it, and because when I've looked up guides to Snap in Windows 10, none of them show this weird blue box at the top.

Any ideas? Is this some Dell specific software I can disable? IMG_2305.JPG

Ahh, thank you - that was it! I'm sure that has its applications somewhere, but I was mostly finding it to just be an annoyance - I could never quite figure out how to not prevent it from kicking in when I was simply trying to move a window around.

Fair point, although I'm not sure I'd want the PremierColor app/utility as a whole removed, as it does seem to have some pretty useful functions for color profile management/etc. It's just this Display Splitter function that I wanted to disable (and it was annoying because I thought it had something to do with Snap, so it ended up seeming especially weird when disabling Snap didn't seem to do anything).

Where you able to check your CPU load when idling? My CPU load were always around 20% before clean install and I suspect its the Dell Premier Color like what others have said.

Ahh, I'm not sure. I haven't been keeping a close eye on CPU utilization.
