    Disk Constantely Ejecting

    I bought the studio xps 16 a few months ago and haven't really used many discs except for a game I installed awhile back. Now I recently purchased a new game and when I put the disk in, 10 seconds later it gets spit back out. I have repeatedly tried and the same thing happens.

    Can anyone offer any ideas on to what is happening?
