    Do I need a 130W Charger?

    Not really, you have a lower-power CPU, GPU, and display. If you notice throttling you can try to get an upgrade, but you probably won't need it.

    Ok then, but is it normal for the charger to get hot? Very hot?

    If it gets very hot then you can call Dell and ask them for the 130W, it's what I did and they said they would send it me just to be on the safe side.

    My specs are in my sig.

    On the 90W, the brick got pretty hot. With the 130W, it stays pretty cool under decent load.
