    Do the recovery disk include drivers too or just Win 7 ?

    So when I got my L501x I made one DVD'DL recovery disk. My question is does this recovery disk include drivers the necessary or is it just win 7 ? So basically must I still install the drivers like chip set,DVD burner,network etc...

    Most recovery disks made through Win 7 should include the drivers that are being used at the time of the backup. not quite sure what your question is? either way, the recovery disk should get you up and running and you should be able to go to Dell's driver site and update accordingly.
