    Does anyone know what docking station fits the XPS M1530?

    It doesn’t have a dedicated docking port. You’ll have to use a standard expresscard or USB docking station. In both cases, video output is going to be severely limited. Instead just by a USB hub and connect the rest of the cables directly.
