    I'm particularly interested in the XPS 13. I'm wondering if Dell ever runs coupons on it. If so, where can I check so I can be notified when there is a coupon/sale.

    Yes, Fairly sure its region specific but I used quidco for my dell in the UK. I got around 10% off then another 8% cashback. Not sure if against rules to post links but the website is Quidco, then just search for dell in the searchbar. There are many similar sites.

    Dell always run coupons, never buy without using one.
