Currently trying out a samsung and my biggest complaint about it is that the keyboard usually has a few places that are mildly warm, but when gaming those places can get hot. How's the XPS 15 fare?

My box doesn't get hot when gaming. While the bottom near the metal plate is the warmest it isn't a leg burner like MacBook Pro 15 or Samsung Series 7 if you've dealt with those.

While it seemed like marketing at first, the soft touch material on the bottom of the XPS 15 and wrist area really keep it from feeling too hot.

How about on the keyboard? That's where I really feel it on the Samsung.

Nope. Not on the keyboard for me, though the top left gets warmer than the rest but sometimes i don't even notice it

I believe the top left of keyboard gets warm...maybe because that's where the fan is?
