Newegg.com - G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Laptop Memory Model F3-10600CL9D-8GBSQ
I bought my laptop awhile ago and never got around to upgrading the ram. Right now I have 6gb. One 2gb stick and one 4gb. I guess I could just buy one more 4gb stick.

does anyone have an answer?

it should work.
however, its recomended you put two identical sticks, so you will ensure it take advantage of the dual channel feature.
I am using now 2x KVR1333D3S9/4G without any issues. -
Isnt the Gskill one identical?

He means if you were to buy 1 4gb stick to pair with the 4gb stick that u already have, it would be better to keep the brand/model the same.
Also, I've heard that dual channel doesn't really offer any noticeable performance boosts.

so don't stress out about finding identical sticks.
Does anyone know is this memory is compatible with the Dell XPS 15 L502x?
