I have a blue dell xps 1330 and I am talking about the top of the laptop when you close the lid, the colored part. It has a large scratch in it and I was wondering if I could get the whole part somewhere online or something. Is this possible? thanks I would like to change it to red too

BTW, make sure you get the correct one....depending on whether you have the LED or CCFL backlit display.

    Sure thing.

The replacement process is not terribly difficult, but tedious. You have to remove the display from the laptop, which isn't too bad, and then separate the display panel and bezel from the lid. It just takes time, especially if it's the first time you've done it.
