    Does the newly ordered studio xps 16 come with latest bios and drivers??

    so mine will be arriving this thursday. will it have latest drivers and bios??

    also, which ac adaptor will it come with ? 90w or 130w?

    When I got mine that was a replacement but brand new, it did come with the latest drivers including the bios, A08. That was like 3 weeks ago.


    EDIT: It also came with the 130 watt adapter.

    how is the heating issue?? is it that bad? should i def get a cooler??

    I think that is definitely a good idea... I am going to fix it by selling it I think... depends if they give me an even better spec'd system or if I can't give up my warr. through 2012... because there is a revision bound before then I would sure think : )

    I haven't had problems with heating yet. I've played games, watched movies all day long (streaming, DVD, and high-def movies saved on my harddrive), and used it like a "normal" computer. Is it warm to the touch during use? Yes, but so is my 3 year old Acer laptop....
