I was just looking for the drivers for l702x, selected Windows 7 and found lots of the drivers are missing (such as the main chipset driver). All of the drivers show up if you put Windows 8 but I have already tried the Win8 system driver on Windows 7 a few months ago and it did not install properly at all.

Am I missing something? Should I be using the Windows 8 drivers (they should make it clearer if you are supposed to use a mixture, not say nothing and hope we guess)? And will the Windows 7 drivers be coming back?

I do have a copy of the Windows 7 system driver (all of the drivers) backed up, I just noticed the mess in the drivers section while looking to see if there were any newer for me to use.

(I will be doing a reinstall soon, there is a reason for all this :p)
