So i was cleaning my Studio XPS 16 and somehow the microfiber ripped the letter E on my outside Dell logo in chrome. It ruined my damn day! So, can i get these letters anywhere? Thanks.

I would just contact Dell, and tell them it fell off. They will probably send you a replacement lid. I would assume this is covered under your warranty.

That must have not been been glued on very tightly. :(

Contact Dell, if you have Accidental Damage they will replace it.

If not, they might make you pay a fee for it... you'll have to call and see :)

Then you will have no problems. ;)

Call them, tell them what happened. They will probably want you to send them the laptop, unless you can get them to send you the screen bezel and you replace it yourself, many companies will let you do this and offer to, im not sure with something more complicated liek this though. :)

Call up Dell and tell them what happened. Let them decide where this falls under. Accidental or your Warranty.

I can't tell you one thing.. I wouldn't try to take that bezel off your self. I build high end computers, but this laptop, aside from taking off the back to access the memory or hard drive scares the hell outa me. My hands are way to big and clumsy. Now I know why they are made in china.. Asian's hands are much smaller lol.

Do you have OnSite as part of your warranty?
If so, they can send the Technician to replace that panel for you.
