What percentage do you get off when purchasing with the EPP program? Is the EPP discount stackable on top of the current $450 off coupons? I went to the Dell EPP website and it seems like their "deals" aren't really that good...

    Thanks for your help.

I emailed the EPP team and gave them the price I'd managed to get it down to on their website with the current £400 odd off plus a 10% voucher I had applied and they gave me an extra 5% off and added the backlit keyboard I couldn't select online.

    Job done!

How did you get a 10% voucher?

Are you based in the UK? There's 10% going on quidco.com

No, I'm in the US. That sounds like a pretty good deal, though. Are there any similar discounts for US buyers?

EPP discount is 5% and yes you are able to get other discounts also, that's how it was for me.

I found with regular discounts along with coupon codes...the NON EPP site gave me a better price. It seems like the EPP site just adds a better warranty to your order....and guess what, you end up paying for it! Just what I've found. Hope this helps

Pretty sure it's banded - 2% / 5% / 8% depending on how much you spend. Was for me, anyway. Don't think it depends on your organisation.

The discount isn't shown as you're customizing though - only when you add it to your cart...

Take 2% off the price? Should cover shipping if it wasn't already free...

Every little helps after all :)

Yea, but I'm pretty sure you can't stack it on the other coupons (at least it didn't work for me). Soooo all I got thru EPP was a 2% discount rather than $450 off.

    Definitely not worth it.

Same here, got 2%off but lost 400 off in coupons so why bother...

Hmm odd, I contacted an EPP rep via email, gave him the price I got it down to with vouchers etc and he gave me 5% off on top of that.

Might be a UK only thing.

The UK EPP website (and from the sound of it all EPP sites) will not allow you to add additional vouchers to the standard EPP discount so unless you speak to a sales person and barter with them, the EPP discounts are poor and pointless.

I'm not disputing that, but how much effort does a quick email take? I wouldn't say I had to "barter", I just sent him the spec/quote that I had off the website with all my associated vouchers applied and he said I was eligible for another 5% off due to the company I worked for.

I would have had to contact someone anyway as the backlit keyboard isn't available online on the UK site.

Yep, that sounds fairly quick and efficient. Not my experience with Dell but if that all it takes it is certainly worth trying.

Just a quick forum rules reminder folks...

•Do not post EPP codes or anything similar not for public use.

No posts discussing how to use Dell's EPP program by non-EPP participants.

    Thanks.

I ordered mine a day before I got an email at work saying I could get a 12% EPP discount, had to cancel and re-order all over again, lol.
So EPP discounts aren't always poor and pointless.

It wouldn't let me use any other codes though, but that was good enough for me.
