    RAM is RAM, really the only difference is price. Just make sure that it's compatible with your computer and then buy whichever is the cheapest.

    you dont understand what i mean.
    I have 2 M1530s in front of me, with both kinds of ram.
    Im wondering if one is better than the other by any chance?

    No, both types of ram are speced to be the exact same.
