I have seen the compilation of issues with 9550. Can anyone tell me, what issues are deal breaker that must be sent for replacement and how to explain this to non tech savvy?

If experiencing issues with the trackpad, you can call Dell and have them send you another one and it's not that hard to replace.

For problems with random zooming within Web Browers, you can disable "Pinch to Zoom" (there are many YT videos available on how to) for your trackpad.

Someone is going to buy for me fron usa and bring to another country. The thing is he is not tech savvy and i was wondering how can I explain him to check for issues that cannot be solved so that laptop can be replaced.
