On Dell.ca, there are two options for the XPS15 HD display. One includes Facial Recognition and one does not.

Should I get Facial Recognition? I recall reading that it was rather slow, and I don't think I'd use it, but does it offer any benefits I'm not aware of? It seems that it would be free, so should I get it or are there reasons not to get it?

The facial recognition is only a software thing as far as I am aware. Interesting that the price is the same though, there's a $20 difference in the US...

Get it if it's free. It can be disabled so you don't need to use it if you dont' want to.

If it's free it can't hurt. Just not worth extra money.
