Well its a long story but to cut short: Dell replaced my CPU fan and heat sink. But in less than an hour of playing MW2, the sudden drop in fps and static noise from the speakers came back. I think its because of the not as high rpm in the fan. I tried Speedfan but cant find my fan. Before sending my laptop to the depot, the support guy told me to upgrade the BIOS (A14). I think Dell programed it not to be bypassed? I think its because of this new BIOS programed with less rpm in fan. Any suggestions?
