I'm baffled and a little pissed off. On Monday I ordered a new Studio XPS 16 and the printout of the online shopping cart lists the Network Card as "Integrated 10/100/1000 Network Card." Online, while configuring said laptop, I also see "Integrated 10/100/1000 Network Card." I thought "Great! The M1530 only had Fast Ethernet, so I'm golden!"
Today I checked my order status, and the detail for the order number shows "Integrated 10/100 Network Card." The SKUs are identical between the two.
Can someone please confirm for me what capabilities the network card in this laptop has? I cannot believe nor understand how a laptop built in 2010 excludes a gigabit network adapter.

Mine has gigabit. I dont think they ship with anything different.

Awesome. Thanks a ton, liquidxit2. Apparent delivery date is 8/18/2010. Awfully exited!

Yeah, the whole Dell 'detailed description' thing is kind of strange. If I look at my order-confirmation e-mail, the invoice that came with the actual system, and the 'current configuration' for my service tag, they all list the same equipment, but the part numbers and descriptions are different for each one.
Fast Ethernet or Gigabit with SXPS16?
