This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I got my l502x few days ago and just formated the win home to ultimate. Later, I found out that I could download everything that was originally on laptop except FastAcess! It's just not in smartsource.dell.com
    I contacted them and they are just making me wait for something it is already on all xps laptops. They told me that they are out of cds and it will take few months! to send me one.
    Is there anyone with a XPS laptop who can get this program from their Dell account and upload it somewhere?
