So I ran HWMonitor and 3DMark06, and here is what I got:
    View attachment 25438
    View attachment 25439

    Two question:
    1) Is my GPU faulty? I have no idea what temperatures are, but 72°C seems pretty high compared to the other temps.
    2) Why are my 3DMark06 scores so low? I don't have a bad system (see signature). Is this an accurate test?

72 C for the GPU is normal under load...

And as for your score, I don't know... try another driver may be..

I think this has to be said on every one of these threads: The nVidia solder problem does not cause high temperatures.

^ yeah probably a sticky announcement in these forum' should do the work I guess...

+1 for Lithus... since even a normal GPU under load will show similar temp'..

Ah I guess there's the "Top 10 Questions" sticky which kinda mentions it. But it's #16, which wasn't there a while ago...

No worries.. remember, if your GPU is faulty you'll probably see symptoms as listed in the direct2dell blog, for example.. so don't worry...
