Hi, I just got my xps few days ago. However, since yesterday, I noticed the weird, high pitch noise somewhere near where the headphone connectors are located it(around mouse pad.) I can hear this when it's quiet. First time, I thought it is the hard drive causing this, but I wasn't sure. The strange thing is when I scroll down or up, each time I scroll the noise tends to go away and comes back right after. Maybe it's a CPU? and if I change the power plan to balance or power saver mode from high performance, my noise level got decreased. Does anyone know it's normal? also the fan seems to go on pretty often. I used inspiron before I bought this laptop. Even just during simple Internet surfing, the fan just goes on and off pretty often. Is this a problem? Thanks for reading my post, Thanks you!
